Velveeta Queso

A rich and creamy queso dip with ground beef, Velveeta, and a blend of cheeses, perfect for parties or game day.
Ingredients
- 250 g ground meat
- some salt

- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 200 ml Pale Ale
- 1.5 dl cheddar Jack cheese
- 4 dl Velveeta cheese
- 1 can
- 2.5 dl black beans
- 0.5 dl red onion
- 0.5 dl coriander
Steps
- Cook and crumble the ground beef over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Drain any grease once cooked.
- Add crushed red pepper flakes, salt/pepper, and beer. Let the beer reduce for 4-5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, add in the cheese and let it melt, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the beans, red onions, and cilantro once the cheese is melted.
- Add the tomatoes, adjusting the consistency with the tomato juice if desired.
- Continue heating for about 5 minutes, then serve.
- Brown the meat and drain the grease, then add all remaining ingredients to the Crock Pot. Heat on high for 2 hours or on low for 4-5 hours.
