Veal Stew with Green Beans

A hearty and flavorful stew combining tender veal, crispy bacon, and fresh green beans, perfect for a comforting meal.

Steps
- Dice the veal and brown it in some butter in a frying pan or pot, doing it in several batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry the bacon until crispy.
- Transfer the meat and bacon to a suitable pot, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with wheat flour. Add white wine and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Quickly fry the vegetables in the same frying pan and add them to the pot along with the veal broth, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, and herbs. Let the stew simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes, or until the veal is cooked to your liking.
- Add green beans when there are five minutes left of cooking time.
- Serve the veal stew with mashed potatoes.
