A light and flavorful Thai-inspired dish featuring tender steamed cod marinated in a zesty lime and ginger sauce.

Steps
- Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix the lime juice and zest, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Place the fish in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the fish is evenly coated. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Transfer the fish and marinade into a steaming dish. Sprinkle the sliced red chili and half of the chopped coriander over the top.
- Steam the fish in a preheated steamer for about 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
- Garnish with the remaining coriander before serving.
