Sweet Potato Bread

A hearty and nutritious bread made with spelt flour, lentils, sweet potatoes, and seeds.
Ingredients
- 500 g
- 400 g
- 100 g
- 1 tsp
- 0.5 packet
- 100 g
- 200 g
- 1 whole carrot
Steps
- Boil 100 g lentils and blend with water.
- Mix with spelt flour and mash potatoes.
- Grate the carrot.
- Chop or mix the seeds if you prefer smaller pieces.
- Knead the mixture for 10 minutes with a dough hook. The dough should be relatively sticky.
- Let the dough rise until about double in size.
- Place the dough in a bread pan.
- Let it rise again until about double in size.
- Bake at 190°C for 50 minutes or until fully baked.
- Check with a skewer or similar tool; no dough should stick when you pull it out.
