Sri Lankan Omelette

A flavorful omelette with spices and vegetables, inspired by Sri Lankan cuisine. Perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 3 pieces eggs
- 0.5 pieces medium red onion
- 3 pieces curry leaves
- 1 pieces large tomato
- 1 pieces green chilli
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 20 ml milk
Steps
- Whisk the eggs, add a splash of milk and season with salt and pepper.
- Fry the onion, chilli and curry leaves in a pan with a little oil until the onion turns transparent.
- Add the tomatoes for 30 seconds, then slowly add the egg mixture.
