Salmon tartare

A refreshing and elegant appetizer combining fresh and smoked salmon with a zesty lime and chive dressing, served on cucumber slices.
Ingredients
- 100 g fresh salmon
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1 item shallot
- 1 tsp chives
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 0.5 lime lime juice
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 4 tsp salmon caviar
- some item cucumber slices
- some for dressing olive oil
- some for garnish tomato
- some for garnish lamb's lettuce
Steps
- Dice both fresh and smoked salmon into small cubes and place in a bowl.
- Finely chop the shallot.
- Add crème fraîche, chopped chives, finely chopped shallot, grated lime zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the salmon. Mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Dress cucumber slices with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
- Place a round mold of the salmon mixture on top of the cucumber slices.
- Top with salmon caviar.
- Garnish with tomato and a little lamb's lettuce.
