A quick and refreshing yogurt-based side dish.

Ingredients

  • 240 ml

  • 30 g
  • 0.25 tsp
  • 2 pieces
  • 15 g
  • 0.5 tsp

    Preparation

    • Wash cucumbers, onion (if using), and green chilies under running water. Peel the cucumbers if preferred and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Deseed chilies if preferred and chop them. Fine chop coriander leaves and onions.
    • Add yogurt and salt to a mixing bowl and whisk well until smooth. Add cucumbers, onions, coriander leaves, chilies, and cumin powder. Mix well and taste to adjust salt. If too thick, add more yogurt.
    • Garnish with cumin powder or black pepper.
