Ingredients
- 7 g instant yeast
- 120 ml warm water
- 300 g strong white bread flour
- 5 g

- 5 g salt
- 150 ml natural yogurt
- 30 g unsalted butter
- 60 g plain flour
- 100 g ground almonds
- 45 g desiccated coconut
- 60 g light brown sugar
- 45 g unsalted butter
- 75 g melted unsalted butter
Steps
- Activate yeast in warm water, then mix with flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, yogurt, and butter to form the dough.
- Knead for 10 minutes, then let it prove for 60-90 minutes.
- Combine ground almonds, desiccated coconut, sugar, and softened butter for the filling.
- Divide dough, add filling, shape into naans, and fry in a hot pan until puffed and golden.
- Brush cooked naans with melted butter and keep warm in a low oven until served.
