Delicious and healthy oatmeal bars, perfect for a quick snack or breakfast on the go.

- 60 ml unsweetened applesauce

- 30 g dried cranberries
Steps
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a 20 cm square pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, cane sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, mix eggs, almond milk, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Fold in finely chopped walnuts and dried cranberries.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden brown, about 30-35 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before slicing into 16 bars.
