Steps
- Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Blend almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, golden flaxseeds, and chia seeds in a food processor until they reach a flour-like consistency. Avoid over-processing to prevent forming a nut butter. Split the blending into two batches if necessary.
- Whip chickpea water into a firm foam. Alternatively, beat 6 organic eggs.
- In a large bowl, mix the blended seeds with baking powder, psyllium husk, and salt.
- Add the apple cider vinegar, boiling water, and whipped chickpea water or beaten eggs to the seed mixture. Let it sit for 15 minutes to thicken.
- Form the mixture into small balls and bake for 60 minutes or until done.
- Allow to cool and then cut in half before serving.
