Steps
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and prepare a springform pan with parchment paper and grease.
- Melt the butter and white chocolate gently over low heat, then allow to cool slightly.
- Whisk together the brown sugar, eggs, and licorice powder until fluffy.
- Incorporate the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg mixture with a brief whisking.
- Fold in the almond flour and transfer the batter to the pan.
- Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 40-45 minutes. The cake's undercooked appearance is intentional.
- Refrigerate for approximately 1 day until the cake sets to a fudge-like consistency.
