Juicy Strawberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 pieces eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 125 g strawberries
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder

    Preparation

    • Beat the butter and sugar until light and creamy. Mix in the eggs and milk alternately, one egg at a time, stirring well each time.
    • Clean the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them into smaller pieces.
    • Mix the flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and strawberries together before stirring them into the rest of the batter.
    • Divide the batter into muffin cups.
    • Bake the muffins for 12-15 minutes until they are fully cooked.
    • Let the muffins cool before serving.
