- 400 g young green jackfruit in brine or water
- 100 g onion
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 8 pieces tortillas
- 30 g cilantro
- 1 whole avocado
- 1 whole lime
Steps
- Rinse and drain the jackfruit, then pull it apart with a fork to achieve a shredded texture.
- Sauté the jackfruit with chopped onions and minced garlic cloves.
- Add cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, and lime juice to the sautéed jackfruit and cook until flavorful and slightly caramelized.
