- 100 g farina di grano tenero (00 flour)
- 1 unit egg
Steps
- Place the flour on the table and create a well in the center.
- Crack the egg into the center of the flour well.
- Using a fork, gently beat the egg while gradually incorporating the flour from the sides of the well.
- Continue mixing until the dough begins to form a scrumbly, egg-like consistency.
- Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and soft.
- Wrap the dough in plastic film and let it rest for 20 minutes at room temperature.
- After resting, roll out the dough using a rolling pin to your desired thickness.
