Steps
- Marinate the cod fillets with olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, chili flakes, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pan-sear or bake the cod until cooked through.
- Sauté the shallot in butter.
- Add coconut milk, lime zest, and lime juice. Let it simmer to create a sauce.
- Combine diced mango, soaked white onion, chopped jalapeño, coriander, lime juice, and salt.
- Serve the cod with the sauce, alongside the mango jalapeño salsa, cabbage, and rice.
- Finish with a dollop of soured cream and extra lime juice.
