Citrus scones

Light and fluffy scones infused with the fresh zest and juice of orange and lemon, dotted with juicy raisins, and topped with a sprinkle of oats.

Steps
- Optional: Soak the raisins in milk to make them extra juicy. Drain and reserve the milk.
- Mix flour, oats, and baking powder. Blend butter, sugar, and citrus zests. Combine mixtures, add citrus juice and milk, and fold in raisins.
- Preheat oven to 225°C. Shape dough into rounds (16 psc), cut, brush with milk, sprinkle with oats, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Freeze leftovers once cooled. Thaw and reheat at 175°C for 3-5 minutes before serving.
