Chimichurri

A vibrant and flavorful sauce perfect for basting meats or adding over steak when serving.

Ingredients

  • 125 ml
  • 40 ml
  • 30 g
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 tbsp
  • 2 g
  • 6 g
  • 1 g

Steps

    • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to release all of the flavors into the oil before using.
    • If time allows, let it sit for more than 2 hours for optimal flavor.
    • Chimichurri can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 24 hours if needed.
    • Use to baste meats like chicken or steaks while grilling or barbecuing. Optionally, add a couple of tablespoons over your steak when serving.
