A vibrant and flavorful sauce perfect for basting meats or adding over steak when serving.

Steps
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to release all of the flavors into the oil before using.
- If time allows, let it sit for more than 2 hours for optimal flavor.
- Chimichurri can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 24 hours if needed.
- Use to baste meats like chicken or steaks while grilling or barbecuing. Optionally, add a couple of tablespoons over your steak when serving.
