Bulgogi

A classic Korean BBQ dish featuring thinly sliced beef marinated in a flavorful mixture of soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil.

Steps
- Blend all marinade ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Set aside.
- Place the thinly sliced beef in a mixing bowl. Pour the marinade over the meat and mix well, gently massaging the meat to coat thoroughly.
- Add the sesame oil to the meat and mix well. Cover the bowl or transfer the marinated meat to a container. Marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Preheat a skillet or BBQ grill over medium-high heat. Add the cooking oil and spread it evenly.
- Add the marinated meat and optional vegetables to the skillet. Cook on medium-high to high heat for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the meat and vegetables are cooked to your liking.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and stir quickly to mix.
- Serve the bulgogi with steamed rice and other Korean side dishes.
