Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo chicken dip is sinfully creamy and mouthwatering comfort food, perfect for any special occasion with its hot wing flavours.
Ingredients
- 14 g unsalted butter
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 300 g cooked chicken
- 1 dl Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce or simular
- 250 g cream cheese
- 120 ml sour cream
- 60 g white Cheddar cheese
- 30 g American cheddar
- 30 g crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tsp green onions or chives
Steps
- Preheat oven to 190°C and arrange oven rack to the middle.
- In an 20 cm cast-iron skillet or ovenproof pan, melt butter over medium-high heat and sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds).
- Add chicken and hot sauce, simmering until sauce thickens and reduces by half (about 2 minutes).
- Reduce heat to low, stir in cream cheese until combined, then remove from heat, stir through sour cream, and top with cheddar cheeses.
- Bake until bubbling and cheese has melted (about 10 minutes), then broil for a minute to brown the top.
- Garnish with blue cheese and green onions, serving with vegetable sticks, chips, and bread pieces for dipping.
