Steps
- Trim and halve Brussels sprouts. Toss with olive oil and roast until charred.
- Mix Greek yogurt, Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and mashed anchovy.

- Toss sprouts with dressing, top with croutons and extra Parmesan.
