Broccoli Salad

A unique and flavorful salad that's perfect as a side dish for meat, grilled items, tapas, or on bread with butter. Its distinct taste and texture make it a crowd-pleaser at any potluck.
Ingredients
- 3 heads
- 3 handfuls
- 200 g
- 0.5 large
- 300 g
- 1.5 pack mayonnaise
- 100 ml water
- 2 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon 7% vinegar
Steps
- Cut all the small broccoli florets and put them in a big bowl.
- Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan for 3-5 minutes.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- Mix water, sugar, and vinegar in a bowl, stir in the mayonnaise.
- Fry the bacon until crisp and cut it into small pieces.
- Mix in raisins, sunflower seeds, bacon, and red onion in the bowl with the broccoli.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture and turn it into the salad.
- Let it develop flavor for a few hours before serving.
