Crunchy and flavorful biscotti filled with nuts, cranberries, and dark chocolate, perfect for dipping in coffee.

Steps
- Cream butter and sugar until white.
- Add the egg and mix well in a food processor.
- Mix in flour, baking powder, nuts, cranberries, chocolate, and lemon zest.
- Divide the dough in two, roll into sausages about 3.5 cm in diameter and 40 cm in length, place on baking paper, and flatten to about 1 cm height.
- Bake on the bottom rack at 160°C (320°F) for 25 minutes.
- Let cool for 25 minutes, then cut into sticks of about 1.5 cm width. Return to the oven with the door ajar for 15 minutes until dry and toasted.
- Enjoy with a good cup of coffee, dipping the biscotti as desired.
