Berries Parfait

A delicious and healthy parfait with layers of yogurt, fresh berries, and granola.

Ingredients

  • 450 g
  • 1 tbsp
  • 3 g
  • 200 g fresh mixed berries
  • 130 g granola
  • 0.5 tbsp

Steps

    Preparation

    • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract together and stir until well combined.
    • To assemble the parfaits, start by adding 1/2 cup of the yogurt mixture to the bottom of a bowl or jar.
    • Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
    • Repeat the layers of yogurt and berries until you reach the top of the bowl or jar.
    • Finish with a layer of granola on top.
    • Drizzle additional honey on top of the granola.
